Since 1975, Volunteer Fairfax has served as the region's central resource for volunteerism and service. Thanks to the generous support of our community partners, the center continues to mobilize people and resources to meet critical community needs. The Center sponsors VolunteerFest® a community-wide day of service, recognizes volunteers for outstanding service, and publishes an annual youth service opportunities directory. Through the BusinessLink and Volunteers for Change programs, Volunteer Fairfax provides professional project coordination for employee teams and volunteer opportunities for busy, working adults.
