VolRUNteer 5K Sponsorship Information
The 3rd Annual VolRUNteer event will be held on Saturday, December 1st at the Fairfax Corner shopping center in Fairfax, Virginia. Our race has a family friendly focus, allowing for runners of all abilities to compete and welcoming running clubs, school teams, and buddy runner programs. The event has grown significantly each year and we'll have close to 1,000 runners and another 500 spectators to participate.
Sponsorship opportunities range from $100 prize sponsorships to the $7,500 Presenting Sponsorship. Each level offers a meaningful return on investment by:
1. Identifying your company as a community leader, supporting a respected nonprofit with a history of meaningful contributions to the region
2. Granting access to an on-site audience of 1,500 through logo visibility, packet inserts, and verbal recognition
3. Introducing your company to new customers through a community-wide marketing campaign

In keeping with facility rules, vendors will not be able to make sales at the event but will be able to interact with runners and spectators, give out information, and engage individuals at the event. Volunteer Fairfax will provide a table and two chairs. Vendors are responsible for all other materials and supplies
