If you are not accustomed to doing community service, commit to try it out. You don't have to dive in and volunteer everyday of your life. Start out slowly. In our diverse community Volunteer Fairfax resolves to educate, mobilize, connect, engage and honor volunteerism. We have done this through partnerships.
Intégrate, a campaign to mobilize Bilingual Hispanic volunteers, enables Volunteer Fairfax to recruit skilled volunteers who have a passion for helping their community through service. Volunteer Fairfax has partnered with State Farm Insurance - The Ginger L. Gray agency and VARCom Solutions through The Fairfax County Office of Public Private Partnerships to promote volunteerism among bilingual Hispanics in the Northern Virginia area.
The Northern Virginia Multicultural Volunteer Committee conducts outreach and volunteer engagement efforts to enhance the quality of government and nonprofit projects and events by recruiting and recognizing volunteers that represent the vibrant and culturally diverse makeup of the community.
