Bootcamp

The Center's most popular training session — Volunteer Management Boot Camp — is available as a packaged session, and can be offered at the purchaser's chosen location and preferred date. Consultant Boot Camp packages can be offered for two to four hours and tailored for groups of 10 or more individuals. Topics covered include planning for volunteers, targeted recruitment, strong supervision, volunteer retention and program evaluation.  Volunteer Fairfax has previously worked to customize the Volunteer Management Boot Camp for community and faith based organizations.  The center is also able to offer customized packages which include mission specific question and answer sessions, interactive role playing and group work options.
