American Spirit Photo Contest Winner Revealed!

Fairfax Pets on Wheels, Inc. won the 2010 American Spirit Photo Contest. The winning photo was revealed on Friday, April 23 at the Fairfax County Volunteer Service Awards. Twelve photos were submitted and more than 169 people voted in the contest. Volunteer Fairfax would like to thank everyone who participated by either submitting a photo or voting in the contest.
