Volunteer Fairfax Training Opportunities

Volunteer Fairfax offers a host of training opportunities to those seeking more information on how to better manage volunteers and run a volunteer program, especially for employees of nonprofit organizations and goverment agencies. The Center's most popular session, Volunteer Management Boot Camp, is offered on a regular basis at locations throughout the Washington, D.C., Metro region. Volunteer Fairfax is now offering on-site training sessions for groups of 10 or more for a group rate. For more information please see Consulting. The Volunteer Management Boot Camp session is available through this program and can be offered on a date and in a location that fits the schedule of the purchasing group. In addition, Volunteer Fairfax staff members are able to present training sessions covering a wide range of topics.

Those seeking training in fundraising or development may be interested in the Fundraising Development Speaker Series. Offered through a partnership with Booz Allen Hamilton, this series of workshops is specifically designed for Executive Directors, Development Directors and Board Members.
