Over a two-year volunteer effort, Evan led a complex and collaborative planning process that brought together residents, businesses, community organizations, and Fairfax County staff to shape a shared vision for the community’s future.

Throughout this process, Evan provided steady and thoughtful leadership, ensuring that discussions remained inclusive, respectful, and focused on long-term outcomes. His ability to bring together diverse perspectives helped the task force navigate complex decisions and build consensus around key priorities.
