John has over 25 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, and sponsorship management across corporate, trade association, and nonprofit sectors.

As the Director of Development & Corporate Relations at Volunteer Fairfax, John works alongside the entire team at Volunteer Fairfax to cultivate and sustain relationships with corporate partners while spearheading development and funding initiatives. He is committed to advancing key programs like VolunteerFest, MLK Day of Service, the Volunteer Service Awards, and Corporate Day of Service, and believes strong relationships with corporate, civic, government and community partners are essential for a vibrant region.

In his free time, John and his wife Tracy enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, and spending weekends outdoors. They also appreciate board games, movies, cooking, and time with their pug Moose, and have four adult children.
