Tina Luebke came to Volunteer Fairfax in the fall of 2018 after retiring from a long career in the non-profit arena. For nearly 20 years she managed the nation’s largest college scholarship program for foster youth; prior to that she worked for environmental, public health, and educational non-profits. She is the mother of three grown children and a cat, and O’ma of a grandson, three dogs, and five cats.
