Current AmeriCorps Seniors Volunteers are invited to join us on TUESDAY, APRIL 20TH from 2:00-4:00 pm on Zoom for a Murder Mystery Party. Thank you for all the time and effort you have donated to the community this past year. We want to celebrate YOU on Volunteer Appreciation day. Capital Caring Health (CCH) provides end of life care to all ages — from pediatrics to geriatrics— never turning anyone away based on the ability to pay. By joining the CARE BEAR VOLUNTEER TEAM you can help honor a family member and keep memories alive for years to come. CCH will provide volunteers with the materials, pattern, and support to help make Memory Bears/Memory pillows come to life.

***Only a few spots left for Saturday, April 10th and 24th. With the food insecurity on the rise, Cornerstones has continued its commitment to serving individuals across Northern Virginia. Help with food bag distribution at four community sites throughout Reston. Volunteers will assist residents to their cars or front doors with donated groceries.

While they provide programs dealing with companionship to education, they are currently looking for volunteers to join their Meals on Wheels program.
